The live Stocks, Options & Futures sessions run Monday–Friday, 8:45am–4:00pm ET for Premium and 7:00am–4:00pm ET for VIP. Even 30–60 minutes of live participation each morning adds up quickly. The most important window is the open — 9:30–10:30am is where most of the setups play out.

Zoom for the live sessions (desktop or mobile) and Discord for the community. You'll need a brokerage account to trade, but ADT doesn't have any platform requirements beyond those two. Any internet-connected device works.

Coach Chad uses a structure-based approach focused on daily watchlist preparation, VWAP levels, EMA confirmation, and reading price action at key levels. The process is consistent and repeatable — not a different strategy every week. You can apply it to stocks, options, and futures.

Primarily live. The core of ADT is live Zoom sessions every trading day — the community is built around showing up. If you want a pre-recorded course library, ADT is not that. It's a live coaching environment where you learn by being in the room.

Yes — with the right expectations. Many ADT members have day jobs. The premarket prep and morning setup review teach you what to watch for — even if you can't trade every tick. Some members trade only the first 90 minutes (9:30–11:00am), which is often the highest-volume window. The structure you build from showing up live carries over even on the days you can't.
